How we measure

Last updated: November 2026

Capturo is new and has no clients yet. This page therefore reports no results. It explains, before anyone signs, exactly what we count, how we count it, and when a count turns into a bill.

1. Response time

Response time is the number of seconds between the lead's first message and our first reply. The first message can be a text, a web form submission, or a voicemail transcript from a missed call. Both timestamps are written by the system itself when it receives the message and when it sends the reply, so nobody types them in.

We report the median across the period, not the best case. A conversation with no reply sent yet is not part of the median; it shows up in the line "answered automatically: X of Y" instead, so unanswered leads stay visible.

2. What counts as a qualified appointment

Our terms define a qualified appointment as a real person, inside your service area, who answered the screening questions and booked a time. In the system, a booked consult is a booking record that:

What is not counted:

3. When a count becomes a bill

The $199 activation is due only after the service books your first consult. The $299/mo starts after 3 booked consults or day 60 after go-live, whichever comes first. There is no contract. The full wording is in our Terms of Service.

The counts used for this come from the same records you see yourself: your private status page and, for clients who have it switched on, the weekly summary email. The weekly summary lists new conversations, how many were answered automatically, the median time to first reply, bookings, cancellations, opt-outs, and how many leads arrived outside business hours. If you disagree with a count, you can check it against the bookings listed there.
