For residential roofing contractors

The roofer who answers first gets the inspection.

You're on a roof. Your phone's in the truck.

After a storm, homeowners call around, and the roofer who picks up first has the advantage. Capturo replies to every web-form lead and inbound text within seconds, asks the right questions, and books the inspection on your calendar. A call you miss alerts you instantly, with the voicemail transcript.

The $199 activation is due only after it books your first consult; the $299/mo starts after 3 booked consults or day 60, whichever comes first.

We send one real inquiry through your own form after hours and email you how long it took to get an answer. Free, and you keep the result either way.

What It Does

What it does for a roofer

You miss a call
You get an instant alert with the voicemail transcript, so you can call back before they dial the next roofer.
A web-form lead lands at 9 PM
Replied to instantly, asked for the address and the problem, and offered the next open inspection slot.
Storm season hits
Call volume spikes. Your response time doesn't. Every lead gets its own conversation and its own reply.
What it asks
  • ◆Address or ZIP, so it knows they're inside your service area
  • ◆Leak, storm damage, replacement, or a quote on a new roof
  • ◆Whether an insurance claim is filed or planned
  • ◆Roof age, if they know it
  • ◆The soonest inspection time that works for them
What it never does
  • ✕Quote a price
  • ✕Promise that insurance will cover anything
  • ✕Diagnose a roof from a text message
  • ✕Book a job outside your service area
  • ✕Pressure anyone. Anything unusual goes straight to you

To cover a full first year of Capturo ($3,787 at most), it has to win back 1 job. That's about 3% of the jobs you're losing.

Also Included

No extra line on the invoice.

An automated assistant costs almost nothing to extend once it exists. So the things a receptionist would charge for come with it.

✓
Hot-lead alert to you

Big job, urgent, or upset: your phone buzzes immediately with the whole thread, so a person can step in.

Post-visit review requests are available where carrier registration and your customers' consent allow, and are set up at onboarding.

The Offer

Nothing due today.
Activation only after it books you a consult.

Capturo is new and has no case studies yet. So we carry the risk first: the $199 activation is due only after it books your first consult; the $299/mo starts after 3 booked consults or day 60, whichever comes first.

1 · Today
$0

We build and test it. You approve the messages before anything goes live.

2 · After your first booked consult
$199 setup

Invoiced only once Capturo has booked a consult for you. If it never does, you never pay setup.

3 · After 3 booked consults, or day 60
$299/mo

Whichever comes first, counted from go-live. No contract. Cancel anytime.

$299/mo works out to $9.83 a day ($299 × 12 ÷ 365).

The fine print, in plain English
  • A qualified appointment is a real person, inside your service area, who answered the screening questions and booked a time on your calendar.
  • The free period ends after 3 qualified appointments or 60 days from go-live, whichever comes first.
  • To start, you need a working web form or business phone line and roughly 10 or more inquiries a month. Below that it has nothing to work on, and we'd rather tell you now.
  • The most you'd pay in year one is $3,787 ($199 setup plus 12 × $299). Less if the free period runs.
Founding rate

The first 5–10 businesses pay $299/mo, and later customers will pay more. In return we ask for written permission to publish your real results once you have them. That's how we earn our first case studies honestly.

The Capturo Guarantee

If the system doesn't capture and engage your after-hours inquiries as promised in the first 30 days, we make it right, or you don't pay for that month.

One job at $12,000 is worth more than a full year of Capturo. Illustrative average. Change it in the calculator above.

Questions from operators.

I'm on a roof all day. What do I have to do?
Almost nothing. One 30-minute intake call so it knows your service area, how you run inspections, and your calendar. After that it runs on its own, and you get a text every time it books someone.
Will it quote prices or promise insurance coverage?
No. It never gives a price and never says insurance will cover anything. It collects the details and books the inspection, and you or your estimator have that conversation.
I already have an office manager or answering service.
Keep them. Capturo covers nights, weekends, and the times they're on another line. Many answering services take a message. Capturo works to get the inspection booked.
What if I don't get many inquiries?
Then it isn't a fit, and we'll tell you before you spend anything. It needs roughly 10 or more inquiries a month to have something to work on.
Do you have customers or case studies I can look at?
Not yet. Capturo is new, which is why the $199 activation is due only after it books your first consult, and why the first 5–10 businesses get the founding rate. We'll publish real results only after they exist, and only with your permission.
What's the catch with "activation only after it books"?
No hidden one. The terms are in the offer section above: a qualified appointment is a real person in your service area who booked a time on your calendar, the free period ends at 3 of those or 60 days (whichever is first), and you need roughly 10 or more inquiries a month to start.
Is the texting compliant?
Every sequence is built with TCPA-conscious opt-in language and honors opt-outs (reply STOP). Capturo only replies to people who contacted your business first. Final compliance responsibility always rests with the business; we build to support it.
